The Rex Cat Club (RCC) The original Specialist Club for Cornish Rex, Devon Rex and now fostering the Interests of LaPerm and Selkirk Rex as well. A member of the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy and Feline Advisory Bureau - a charitable organisation promoting the health and welfare of Cats.
The Rex Cat Club was founded in May 1964 by Madge Shrouder-May (Hassan prefix) and Agnes Watts (Du-Bu Prefix) specifically to foster the interests and protect the future of all Rex Cats. The Rex Cat Club was instrumental in obtaining breed regocnition for Cornish and Devon Rex Cats in 1967. Here you will find a wealth of interesting and fun information about the Devon Rex. |

The Scottish Rex Cat Club (SRCC) are a small breed club catering for enthusiasts of Rex cats who are mainly based in Scotland and Northern England. Originally only an informal group of Rex people, in 1994, it was decided to form a club with the eventual aim of becoming affiliated to GCCF; SRCC became a member club of GCCF in 1997.
Membership of the SRCC is open to all Rex lovers, whether breeders, show enthusiasts, pet owners or just fans of the Rex breeds |
