We had a super day out at the combined Midland Counties Cat Club/Short-Haired Cat Society's Cat Show on the 12th April. Kiki at just 14 weeks old took everything in her stride. She was awarded 1st place and Best of Breed in one show and 2nd place in the other. Below are are few words about her from her Judges. |

Another super little kitty – the black smokes always seem to come out well and personify a Devon for me. Lovely short wide “pixie head” good nose break and ears that are large and well set. Has a definite muzzle and prominent whisker pads even at this tender age. Excellent little body which is well grown for her age. Coat is short and she is covered all over with coat coming through where she has it is of a lovely soft texture with ripples developing. Certainly one to watch in the future and I hope she fulfils the promise shown today.

Kiki Came home to live with us after the Show. To commemorate our day we commissioned the fabulous Cat Artist Suzanne Le Good to paint a small portrait of her as a little gift for her Breeder. Well. it seemed a fair swap for a Kitten as gorgeous as Kiki :)
