So much has happened here at Aroanui Devon Rex since my last update!
Maus became a Supreme Grand Champion and also gained a Regional Win with Tica this year. He became a GCCF Grand Champion and has since achieved three Imperial Certificates winning Several Best of Variety awards along the way.
Matilda was born to Fleur and Maus in 2017 and stayed at Aroanui. Our fiery, dramatic little red head! Whats not to love.
Kiki and Maus had three beautiful babies, Ottilie, Maya and Valentino. Ottile has since grown up and had a family of her own! Three gorgeous kittens.
Making Kiki a Granny and Maus a Grandpa!
Samsara arrived in 2018 all the way from St Petersburg in Russia. She is a most welcome addition to our family and we love her a lot. I collected her myself from Tallin, Estonia (it was sooo cold!). She has since become a Tica Champion.
Samsara and Maus later became parents to three stunning kittens, Anoushka, Babooshka and Reuben. Reuben stayed with us. We simply couldn't bear to part with him! He's had a great start to his show career. At the Rex Cat Club Show in 2019 and at just 15 weeks old he was awarded the honour of being Best Devon Rex in show. He also had a great start at TICA. and became Best Devon Rex Kitten for the region of Western Europe. At nine months old and at his first adult show he became a TICA Champion. We are so proud of our home bred boy!
Anyway... here's a picture summery of the last couple of years and the fun we've had at Aroanui.
